- YHOO's own business, which includes very valuable assets such as Yahoo finance and Yahoo mail, has about 4.5B annual revenue and profitable, but with very little growth potential. I would value it at 2x revenue, which is 9 billion. It includes 4.66 (6.2 cash - 0.05*30.79 debt) of net cash per share, which is worth 4.4 billion (4.66 * 944M shares).
